Shipping
Anaconda Sports®.com ships every order via UPS. The shipping
costs reflect current UPS rates and are calculated
based upon the weight of the item(s) purchased and
the shipping method chosen at checkout.
The shipping method options are: UPS Ground , UPS 2nd
day air or UPS Next day air.

Please be advised there may be special shipping and handling
costs on certain products. If the item(s) you have ordered
are subject to any special shipping and handling fees,
someone from Anaconda Sports® will contact you.
Our normal internet order processing time is 1-3 business
days, then add shipping time from the UPS Ground map below.
(Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not
considered business days and are not included in determining
the arrival time of shipment.)

All
orders are shipped from our Lake Katrine, NY warehouse.

Order Tracking
You may track the shipment of your order by going to the
order tracking page listed on
our Web site. On this page you can enter your UPS tracking
number or the UPS reference number and destination zip code
in order to obtain the latest information about the current
location of your Internet order. UPS sends the tracking
number and reference number to the e-mail address listed
on the original Internet order after your order ships from
Anaconda Sports®.

International
Orders
We
do not accept International orders via our website.
Only orders that have a United States billing address
and a United States shipping address can be processed.

Product
Availability
At
Anaconda Sports® we try our best to have all our products
in stock when you place your order. However, due to delays
in shipping, manufacturing, and production, not every item
is in stock for immediate shipment. We cannot confirm availability
until you place your order. Our normal processing time for
in stock orders is 3 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and
Holidays are excluded). Domestic US customers can expect
to receive merchandise 7-10 days from the date of order.
Someone at Anaconda Sports® will contact you by phone or
email if any item(s) ordered are unavailable or on backorder.

Guarantee
Products
are guaranteed in accordance with manufacturer's warranty
against defects in material and workmanship. Products
are not guaranteed against misuse or improper handling
or care. All goods damaged in transit are the responsibility
of the carrier.

Returns
All
items returned to Anaconda Sports® must be authorized by
our customer service department. All authorized returns
require a Return Authorization Number. The R.A.# must be
clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton and/or
the face of the original shipping documents. Any packages
returned without bearing the authorization number and document
inside will be returned at the customers expense.
To obtain a return authorization number please call customer
service at 1-800-327-0074 or please fill out the Customer
Service Form located in the Customer Service
Section of our Web site. Please note that orders can
not be returned to any of our retail store locations.
The return item must be in its
original condition, including all tags, packaging
and accessories. You will receive a prompt
exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges.
Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be
credited to the card used for that transaction. All
merchandise being returned is subject to a 25%
restocking charge. We will refund shipping
charges on incorrectly shipped merchandise only.
We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise,
as we cannot be held responsible for
lost packages. (See separate policy for Bat
Returns, Customized Items, Software and Videos
below.)
BAT WARRANTIES
Your new aluminum/composite bat carries up to
a one-year manufacturers warranty against
defects.
NEW BATS [UNUSED/UNOPENED]
All unused, new bats in their original shrink
wrapped packaging may be returned to
Anaconda Sports® within 30 days of purchase.
Please call Anaconda Sports® at (800) 327-0074
for a Return Authorization. Unless products are
defective or shipped in error, shipping charges
are not refundable. If you return a Bat to
Anaconda Sports® that is out of its original packaging
it will be shipped back to you at your
expense.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED BATS
All defective or damaged aluminum/composite
bats must be returned to the manufacturer.
Defective or damaged bats may be returned to
the manufacturer for exchange within one year
of the purchase date. The bat manufacturer's
phone numbers are shown below for your convenience.
Please call them directly to obtain a
return authorization number (RA#). We recommend
that you keep your bat invoice as your
proof of purchase.
